The reviews you should analyse are here: very disappointed that the delivery of birthday flowers was two days late. You say that the vast majority of the flowers arrive on the date specified. This seemed like a reasonable assurance. You also say that if you wish to absolutely sure of delivery on your preferred date you can pay an additional charge. These are weasel words. If you can guarantee delivery, why not do it for all orders and include it in the cost. My partner ordered flowers for my birthday, to be delivered on the 9th January. They arrived on at 6.30pm on the 10th and were in a very sorry state. The box said that they had been dispatched on the 8th and clearly the cold weather and no water had turned them into a very poor imitation of a bouquet. Also surprised that there was no flower food included! I've never before received a bouquet without something to help them stay fresh. Very disappointed and wished he hadn't wasted his money! Used flying flowers for years and always been lovely flowers and good service. Ordered delux joyful blush for my friend who had just come out of hospital. Flowers were delivered on time but small bouquet of white and pink roses and some purple and white flowers. Supposed to be peach roses, peach carnations orange tulips and alstroemeria - nothing like it. Certainly not £36 worth and totally the wrong colours. They gave me my money back but that’s not the point. I wanted nice flowers for my friend. The flowers were stunning and the person they were purchased for was absolutely delighted with them. I received an e mail to let me know the flowers were on their way to be delivered. They arrived on the Date that I had chosen. I will use Flying Flowers again. Ordered flowers for a sick elderly relative. After 2 days & no delivery, so I enquired. After 3 days they still hadn't been delivered. I then received an apology & refund, but no explanation. Such a shame, as a few flowers can go a long way. Delivered 4 days after requested date, according to my friend who received them they were 'crispy' so not in the best condition. Very disappointed, especially as these had been send as a 'cheer you up' for someone going through a tough time. Not only were the flowers two days late but there was absolutely no information or updates from Flying Flowers. I therefore had no idea whether they had been delivered until I had to communicate with the firm to ask..it’s a ridiculous system-I could hardly ask the recipient whether the “surprise” flowers had arrived. Amazing service, ordered early evening and arrived by 9.30 next morning. My sister was delighted with them. I only ordered as her birthday present hadn’t turned up due to Royal Mail strikes. Will certainly be using them again. Ordered for my Aunt's birthday. She loved them and said there were lots of flowers in the arrangement and were very fresh. She will be using Flying Flowers in the future as well now. The only negative is they arrived a day later than requested therefore she didn't get them on her birthday. The flowers were much appreciated by our daughter but we asked for delivery on Friday 6th January. We received an email saying they had been dispatched just after 8 o’clock on Friday 6th. They did not arrive until late afternoon on Monday 9th by which time we had just about given up on them. They were no longer a surprise because we had to text our daughter to see if they had arrived. We were very disappointed. We have used your company for many years and have been very pleased in the past! We hope this experience is not a sign of things to come! Very disappointing! Flowers didn’t arrive till yesterday (Tuesday when they should have arrived on Saturday). The flowers were dead or dying! They were for a special birthday. I have the photos of them. Flowers were reasonable for the price. Delivery was unfortunately the day after the booked date and then in the evening. No warning or explanation about late delivery was supplied. I booked through the Defence Discount service but the discount code was not accepted. As always, the flowers are lovely. I sent them to my daughter who doesn’t live very near to me. When the flowers arrived they had taken 2 days in the post. They had been shaken about a lot and the flower food package was wet, split and powder all over the box. The flowers looked unwell. After a few hours though they had recovered, and looked lovely as flying flowers always do. Reviews source: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.flyingflowers.co.uk
